Daniel T. Booth is a native West Virginian, who graduated cum laude from Union College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Mr. Booth received his Juris Doctor in 1985 from The Dickinson School of Law. Licensed to practice law in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, Mr. Booth is admitted to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia; the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, and the American Alliance of Creditors Attorneys. Having been previously employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry and as a Law Clerk for the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, Mr. Booth joined the law firm of Martin & Seibert, L.C. in 1987. He was responsible for the operation of the Commercial and Consumer Law Department from 1987 through 1999. On June 4, 1999, Daniel T. Booth entered into a partnership with Christopher J. McCarthy, the second most senior attorney of the Collections Department at Martin & Seibert, L.C., to focus in the practice areas of creditors= rights, bankruptcy, and commercial and consumer collections. Following the ascension of Mr. McCarthy to the bench, Central Atlantic Legal Group, PLLC was formed to continue practice in these areas.
