Jeffrey M. Strange

Jeffrey M. Strange is a 1998 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Business and Economics. Mr. Strange started his career in data networking global account sales. Mr. Strange worked with Fortune 500 and larger businesses on behalf of international telecommunications carriers including Williams Communications, AT&T, Ameritech and Southwestern Bell Corporation. Mr. Strange spent eight years in the military, serving as a Combat Engineer and Military Police officer. Mr. Strange is a decorated combat veteran, having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Strange began practicing law in 2009. During law school, Mr. Strange served as an intern to the Honorable Irene M. Keeley in the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Mr. Strange began his legal career in civil defense, representing corporations, medical practitioners and insurance companies. Mr. Strange has since expanded his portfolio of legal experience to include family law, estate law, title work, including in the oil and gas industry, and collections law. As a member of BSD, Mr. Strange focuses his practice on family law, estate planning, civil defense and the collection of accounts and defending collection agencies against lawsuits brought against them under the WVCCPA and the FDCPA, as well as any other related tort claims alleged.
Mr. Strange is also the current president of the Humane Society of Harrison County, a member of the executive board of the Harrison County Lacrosse and the head coach of the Harrison County Talons Middle School Lacrosse Team and the Harrison County Bruins High School Lacrosse Team. He is the proud husband of Dr. Amy Wilson Strange and the proud father of two children, one a Freshman at WVWC and the other a senior at RCBHS.
